These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by CaseHub OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16163744), with its registered address at Prisma 4, Muraste, 76905 Harku vald, Estonia (“CaseHub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the CaseHub platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” or “Client” will refer to both you and the entity you represent.
By accessing or using CaseHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding contract between you and CaseHub OÜ.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform or Services. Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To use CaseHub, you must register a personal account with accurate and complete information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, use a strong password, not share your account, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for all actions under your account unless you have reported misuse.
CaseHub provides leadership development programs and tools to enhance human-centered leadership competence. Services include:
CaseHub may work with partner coaches, trainers, or affiliates to deliver parts of the Services. The Platform may be updated or improved without prior notice.
Users and Clients may choose between:
Payments are processed via Stripe or directly through CaseHub. Clients purchasing for Users receive invoices from CaseHub OÜ.
All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Estonian VAT applies as required by EU law based on the payer’s location and VAT status.
CaseHub offers a 14-day free trial to new Users without requiring credit card or payment details at registration. During the trial period, Users may freely explore the Platform and its features.
At the end of the trial period, access to the Services will automatically end unless one of the following actions is taken:
a) The User selects a subscription plan and provides valid payment details, in which case billing will begin automatically according to the chosen plan and its terms; or
b) The User’s employer or sponsoring company purchases access to a CaseHub training program on behalf of the User, in which case CaseHub will activate the paid access once payment or confirmation from the employer is received.
No charges are made during the free trial period, and billing commences only upon the explicit activation of a paid subscription or program.
Paid Services are non-refundable, including partial use, unused periods, or mid-term cancellations.
You may cancel a subscription anytime. Access remains until the end of the paid billing cycle.
If payment fails or invoices remain unpaid, CaseHub may suspend or terminate access.
Users and Clients agree to use the Services only for lawful and ethical purposes related to leadership development and professional learning.
You may use CaseHub’s leadership tools, exercises, and documents within your own professional practice or workplace, and you may share these tools with others for educational or developmental purposes provided that:

CaseHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services in the event of any violation of these Terms or misuse of CaseHub materials.
All information shared during CaseHub programs or within the Platform is confidential unless publicly available or required by law.
Users and Clients must not disclose, copy, or reproduce confidential information of other participants or CaseHub without consent. Any breach may result in suspension or legal action.
CaseHub may record live sessions, workshops, and other interactive events held on or through the Platform. These recordings may be used by CaseHub for the purposes of maintaining quality standards, developing new learning materials, and creating educational resources within the CaseHub ecosystem.
By participating in such sessions, Users consent to the recording of audio, video, and other participation data, and to the selective use of these recordings by CaseHub for educational or internal training purposes, provided that such use respects participant confidentiality and dignity.
All recordings will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the CaseHub Privacy Policy.
If a User identifies any specific part of a recording that they do not agree to be used in learning materials or other resources, the User must notify CaseHub in writing (by email to info@casehub.pro) within seven (7) days of the session. In such a case, CaseHub will ensure that the identified portion of the recording is excluded from any subsequent use.
Participation in a live session constitutes acceptance of this policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, Services, and materials belong to CaseHub OÜ or its licensors.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal professional development.
You may share CaseHub tools only in their original format with branding intact. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or modification is prohibited.
CaseHub complies with all applicable EU data protection laws, including GDPR. Our Privacy Policy, available at www.casehub.pro/privacy, explains how we process personal data.
CaseHub aims to ensure reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or external factors may temporarily limit availability. CaseHub is not responsible for failures caused by third parties or force majeure.
You may terminate your account at any time. CaseHub may suspend or terminate access immediately if Terms are breached, payments remain unpaid, or misuse occurs.
Upon termination, access ends immediately. Clauses on confidentiality, IP, and liability remain in effect.
CaseHub provides Services “as is.” We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Leadership results depend on individual application and context.
CaseHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the six months preceding a claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold CaseHub harmless from claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
CaseHub may link to or integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms. CaseHub is not liable for losses resulting from third-party actions.
You may not transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent. CaseHub may assign these Terms to affiliates, successors, or acquirers.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
CaseHub may send notices electronically to your registered email or through the Platform. Users may contact CaseHub at info@casehub.pro or by mail to the company’s address.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes will be submitted to the Harju County Court, Estonia.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and CaseHub. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
