Frequently Asked Questions

About CaseHub

What is CaseHub?

CaseHub is a Leadership Development Accelerator – a space where leaders bring real-life leadership challenges, tap into the collective wisdom of peers, and leave with fresh clarity and ideas.

We combine experiential learning, coaching-inspired methods, and practical tools to help you grow as a human-centred leader.

What is human-centred leadership?

Human-centred leadership means achieving results through people, not despite them. It’s about balancing empathy with accountability, creating clarity, and empowering others to take ownership.

At CaseHub, every tool, session, and reflection supports you in becoming a leader who combines performance with genuine care.

How is CaseHub different from traditional leadership training?

Most leadership programs focus on content – we focus on context. CaseHub brings your actual leadership challenges to the table, so you learn by solving real problems, not hypotheticals.

You learn with other leaders, not just from a trainer. Each session turns shared experience into practical insights you can apply the next day.

Where can I get a quick overview of the journey?

You can watch a 2-minute overview of the 3- and 6-month programs here.

How CaseHub Works

What happens after I register my account?

Once you’ve joined CaseHub, you’ll be guided to complete your Leadership Self-Assessment.

You can access it from the main page or by clicking on the “My Plan” button in the upper menu bar.

It’s a short questionnaire that helps you map your current strengths and development areas.

The results form the foundation of your Personalised Training Plan and highlight where you’ll benefit most from practice and learning.

What is the mini-360 feedback and how does it work?

After completing your self-assessment, you can invite colleagues or team members to provide short, anonymous feedback about your leadership.

Their input complements your self-assessment and gives you a broader picture of how others experience you as a leader.

You need at least five responses to unlock your consolidated feedback results.

Although 360 feedback results are not mandatory for creating your Personalised Training Plan, taking them into account can make your plan even more focused and impactful.

How do I create a Training Plan?

You can start creating your plan via the “My Plan” or “My Home” pages.

During setup, you’ll:

  • Select the duration of your plan – 3 or 6 months
  • Choose the skills you’d like to focus on (typically 3–6 skills works best)

There’s no hard limit on the number of skills, but it’s helpful to focus on a manageable few.

What does my Personalised Training Plan include?

Your plan combines self-based learning activities and live-session recommendations:

  • Upcoming live sessions that match your focus areas
  • Recommended tools from the Leadership Toolbox
  • Recommended Case Challenges to review and reflect upon

What are Live Sessions?

The Timetable offers several types of live sessions:

  • Case Sessions – leaders bring a real-life challenge to brainstorm with peers and gain new perspectives
  • Tool Sessions – hands-on practice sessions focused on one leadership model or method
  • Topical Discussions – shorter, discussion-based formats tackling a key question or concept

All sessions are up to 90 minutes and facilitated by professional coaches or leadership experts.

Additionally, group Covision Sessions are offered outside the public timetable for leaders who learn and reflect together in an ongoing peer group.

What is the Leadership Toolbox?

The Toolbox is your on-demand library of leadership tools and worksheets.

Each tool includes short explanations, examples, and reflection prompts to help you apply it directly in your work.

How do I complete a tool in my Training Plan?

Review the tool’s resources to understand its purpose and how to use it.

Then, practise it on your own, with a learning buddy, or by joining a live Tool Session to experience it in action.

After trying it out in real life, add your reflection as a comment under the tool page – this marks it as completed.

How do I complete a Case Challenge in my Training Plan?

Review the challenge, recommend your solution in the comments, and it will be marked as completed.

Who or what is Casey?

Casey is your 24/7 AI Assistant inside CaseHub.

You can ask Casey for guidance with your leadership challenges, and it will suggest relevant tools or frameworks based on CaseHub’s recommended practices.

How do I track my progress?

Your “My Plan” page shows completed sessions, tools, and case challenges. For each skill, you need to complete at least 3 tools and 2 case challenges.

When you finish your program – covering at least three skills – you’ll receive the Human-Centred Leader Certificate, celebrating your progress and participation.

What are the requirements for earning the Human-Centred Leader Certificate?

To qualify for the Human-Centred Leader Certificate, you need to actively work on your Training Plan and meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Select at least three leadership skills to focus on
  • For each skill, complete five activities: practise three tools and offer solutions to two leadership case challenges
  • Demonstrate consistent quality in your reflections and practice – at least four out of five activities per skill must be completed successfully
  • Participate in at least two live sessions per month, including at least one Live Case Session

When these conditions are met, you’ll receive your Human-Centred Leader Certificate, recognising your growth and commitment to practising human-centred leadership.

How do I complete a Case Challenge in my Training Plan?

CaseHub’s Leadership Quality Management methodology allows measuring the program’s impact on your leadership effectiveness. It is based on three components:

  • Achievement of your team’s agreed goals
  • Engagement level of your team members
  • Development of your leadership skills (based on self-assessment and feedback before and after the program)

Participants who complete both the Human-Centred Leader requirements and the Leadership Quality Measurement process – showing measurable progress across these components – earn the High-Performance Human-Centred Leader Certificate.

Solving Leadership Challenges in CaseHub

How can I use CaseHub to solve my leadership challenges?

CaseHub is built around real-life leadership situations. You can explore your challenge through three types of support:

  • Casey, your 24/7 AI assistant, who can suggest tools and frameworks to guide your reflection.
  • Live Case Sessions, where other leaders help you look at your situation from fresh perspectives.
  • One-on-one support from a mentor or coach, available in selected programs or upon request.

This combination ensures that whatever challenge you face, you can explore it from multiple angles and turn insights into action.

How can Casey help me solve my leadership challenge?

Casey, our 24/7 AI Assistant, gives you guidance on how to navigate your challenge.

Just share your situation with her – she will ask a few clarifying questions and, based on your input, suggest relevant tools, resources, or approaches grounded in CaseHub’s recommended leadership practices.

You can also ask follow-up questions, such as how to apply a particular tool or method to your specific context.

How do I submit my leadership challenge (Case) for a Live Case Session?

You can submit your Case directly on the platform. Go to Group sessions > New cases > Add new case and fill in the short form.

Keep the description brief but clear – include the key context and your main question.

Avoid using sensitive names or details; you can modify specifics or use aliases to protect privacy if needed.

What happens after I submit my Case?

Our team reviews all new submissions and schedules them for suitable Live Case Sessions.

Once your Case is confirmed, you’ll be contacted with details about the date and time.

What if my Case includes sensitive information?

We recommend keeping the focus on the situation rather than specific people or names.

All participants commit to confidentiality, and no session recordings are shared without explicit consent.

What happens during a Live Case Session?

Each session follows a simple and safe structure:

  1. The Case author briefly presents their challenge.
  2. Other participants ask clarifying questions.
  3. The group explores the Case together, sharing experiences, ideas, and perspectives.
  4. The author identifies new insights and possible next steps.

Sessions are designed to be highly collaborative – you leave with clarity, new viewpoints, and practical actions to take forward.

Who are the other participants in my session?

You’ll be joined by up to 12 leaders from diverse organisations and backgrounds who are all committed to learning through real cases and bringing their own experience to the session.

Every session is facilitated by a professional coach or leadership expert who ensures focus, balance, and psychological safety.
