“The best coaches coach themselves out of a job. The goal is not to keep people dependent but to give them wings.” – Jesse Lyn Stoner
This quote really resonates with me and sums up my approach to coaching. My goal is to help leaders and teams become self-sufficient, confident, and able to achieve their goals independently. I believe coaching is about helping people grow so they can succeed on their own without needing constant guidance. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing those I coach reach a point where they no longer need my help because they’ve found their own strength and direction.
My journey into coaching began after years of leading diverse teams in Estonia and abroad. I realized that what I enjoyed most was supporting others in finding their own paths to success. Watching people and teams develop and succeed is incredibly fulfilling, and it motivates me to keep doing what I do. I’m passionate about guiding others to discover what works best for them and helping them achieve the results they want.
My passion lies in executive coaching, where I’ve had the privilege of working closely with leaders who often carry the weight of high expectations—sometimes feeling isolated in their journey. I understand how easy it is for leaders to become their own toughest critics, which can lead to burnout or a sense of loneliness. Through executive coaching, I partner with leaders to help them rediscover their confidence, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to not only support their teams effectively but also take care of themselves.
In addition to executive coaching, I specialize in Systemic Team Coaching. This approach helps teams navigate the complexities of working together by clarifying roles, setting shared goals, and fostering collaboration. The result is a motivated, aligned, and high-performing team that achieves lasting success.
