Coaching philosophy
‘I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.’ Virginia Satir
I deeply believe in the potential of developing and cultivating a self-reflective practice which supports our ability to be more present, and integrate more of reality into our awareness, decisions and actions. The wildest gift of human relationships is the opportunity to support each other in embracing our experiences and emotions with calmness and turn them into power. Whatever our agenda is, life will mirror it back to us. If we are able to turn towards ourselves and the world around us with openness, we can transform our world. My intention is to be present with my clients with deep attention and connection and trust them to know their path and walk it with a sense of fulfilment.
