’Have a clear idea what you want and then just let it happen, don’t try too hard!’ said Tim Gallwey, the father of developmental coaching.
In the leadership world, it may sound counterintuitive! There is a belief that we have to work hard! Yet, the most outstanding achievements happen when we deeply enjoy what we do. Then our efforts, however big, do not feel like trying hard. Or if they do, then it is time reconsider our goals or ask ourself, are we in the right place altogether? I believe that each one of us can achieve anything we really want! We just have to determine what it is and how much we want it?
Coaching helps to gain clarity, create meaning, and make things happen. And on the emotional side opens the gates to creativity and grows confidence. The role of a coach is to be a trustful and flexible partner, supportive and challenging at the same time.
My sweet spot is understanding and influencing the human mind and behavior. Individually, in teams, and in organisations.
My coaching and facilitation are based on attentive listening and equal partnership, 25+ years of leadership experience help understand the clients’ challenges, and psychology skills allow me to dig deep into the core of the issues. When willing to solve a situation, a leader must often start from themselves. And even high-achieving leaders get occasionally stuck with interpersonal problems. Then a neutral and experienced coach can help.
I have led companies in six countries and worked with people of 20+ nationalities. This experience has ignited my passion for multicultural teams and inspired the creation of Casehub. Here we enjoy the process and outcomes from working on real-life situations. By having a narrow focus and creating multi-faceted learning for every participant.
